New Delhi: (Shadesofgalaxy) Citizens for Justice and Peace, an Indian human rights organization, has declared last year as the year of hate crimes and violence against religious minorities in India.
Citizens for Justice and Peace, an Indian human rights organization, has released its annual report titled “Violence against religious minorities in India 2022”.
The report said that last year there were several incidents of attacks on the lives and freedoms of religious minorities, mostly targeting Muslims, Christians and minorities.
According to the report, the elements involved in the atrocities belonged to the Hindu community, Hindutva organizations, the elements who committed the atrocities were also encouraged at the state level.
