According to Dunya News, Chairman PTI Imran Khan was met by opposition leader Haleem Adil Shaikh and former Sindh Governor Imran Ismail in Zaman Park Lahore in the Sindh Assembly, in which they discussed the country’s political situation, the case being heard in the Supreme Court on the issue of elections. The matter was discussed.
It has been reported that on this occasion, Imran Khan gave the party leaders the task of contacting all political parties and civil society for rule of law and supremacy of the constitution, saying that in the present situation, the judiciary is being attacked, which is to be stopped. The entire nation has to be brought together, all the political parties who want to stand up for the supremacy of the constitution should be contacted.
Speaking to the media in this regard, Halim Adil Sheikh, the opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly, said that we have got the responsibility, political parties will be contacted because the whole nation has to come together for the rule of law and the supremacy of the constitution. For this, we will also contact the political, religious, nationalist parties and civil society of Sindh. In his address to the nation last night, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan said that I am afraid that they will not hold the election even in October, whether Imran Khan is in jail or ineligible, then they will hold the election, tell me about the election in October. What will benefit Pakistan? The constitution is very clear to hold elections in 90 days, what will be the status of caretaker government after 90 days? I want to prepare the nation for what is happening in the Supreme Court, now is a decisive time for the life of the nation, the nation should stand with the law and the constitution.
He said that we brought down our government after looking at the provision of the constitution regarding election in 90 days. It is very dangerous to leave after 90 days because it has already been 11 years with this nation saying 90 days. Why in October? ? In October, the situation could be worse and more money could be lacking.
