Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has ordered to simplify the procedure of recruitment in police martyrs’ children department. On the instructions of Interim Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, it has been decided to give 10 additional tokens to the children of police martyrs who come openly during recruitment in the department. Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the rules of recruitment in the department of children of police martyrs will be simplified and if seats are not available in the respective districts, the children of martyrs can be recruited in other districts.
It was also decided to increase the relief package for brave ex-servicemen who became disabled during duty and fought against anti-social elements. On the instructions of Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, IG Punjab established a 3-member committee headed by DIG Establishment, Operations and IT. The committee will prepare its recommendations within 7 days and present them in the next meeting of the Executive Board.
Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that honor and respect of brave martyrs is the right of their families. He directed to dispose of the pending cases of financial assistance to the families of the martyrs as soon as possible and said that funds will be arranged soon for the immediate payment of financial assistance to the families of the martyrs. To achieve this goal, the system will be further improved and policies will be formulated to admit children of martyrs in quality educational institutions of the respective districts.
The chief minister administration directed to arrange admissions in the best medical, engineering, computer science and other educational institutions for the children of martyrs on priority basis. Inspector General of Police Dr. Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi was met by Usman Anwar and Lahore CCPO Bilal Kamiana at the Chief Minister’s office. The Inspector General of Police gave a briefing regarding the facilitation of recruitment in the department of children of martyrs.
