According to the details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to challenge the caretaker governments of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and has prepared a constitutional petition.
PTI will file a petition in the Supreme Court tomorrow, the petition will be filed by Fawad Chaudhry, Mahmood Khan and Parvez Elahi.
It has been argued that the constitution of Pakistan provides a 90-day term for the caretaker government, there is no concept of an unelected government in the constitution.
It has been said in the petition that now no one has the authority to appoint supervisors, it is requested that the Supreme Court appoint administrators in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
