PDM has filed a reference for the disqualification of Forme Prime Minister Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Election Commission. Imran Khan did not disclose the gifts received from Tosha Khan. PDM filed a reference under Article 63 in the Election Commission.

It has been said that Imran Khan is no longer Sadiq and Amin, so he should be disqualified under Article 62 1F. The Speaker National Assembly has decided to approve the Tosha Khana reference against Chairman PTI Imran Khan. The reference for disqualification under Article 62 in the Tosha Khana scandal against former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been sent to the Election Commission of Pakistan for further investigation and action.

Senior parliamentary sources revealed that the Speaker, after lengthy consultation and study of the matter, deemed the reference suitable for consideration by the ECP to disqualify Imran Khan from holding any political office.

Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ayaz Sadiq also said that the reference regarding the Toshah Khana case has been submitted to the speaker of the National Assembly.

Earlier, the possibility of filing a reference of disqualification against Imran Khan on the basis of Tosha Khana was revealed. The preparation of the reference is in progress in the Ministry of Law. The disqualification reference will be sent to the speaker of the National Assembly. Imran Khan will be accused of concealing the gifts taken from Tosha Khana. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan was accused by PML-N that he took gifts from the closet and selling them. PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz also Criticized Imran Khan.
