Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that no matter how much PTI Chairman Imran Khan insists, the Punjab Assembly elections will not be held on May 14.
Addressing the media in Faisalabad, he termed Imran Khan as a slander and said that elections will be held across the country on time, PTI was given power under a conspiracy and it is the result of his four-year policy. The country is facing crisis.
In addition, the Federal Interior Minister said that PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif will return home with election preparations and he will supervise the party’s election campaign.
He said that Nawaz Sharif always brought the country out of crises. Rana Sanaullah further said that Imran Khan preferred to kill himself instead of approaching the IMF but then his government signed an agreement with the IMF.
Rana Sanaullah said that the current economic crisis is actually due to the agreement of the previous government. He said that cargo shedding and terrorism ended during the PML-N regime but now it is facing not one but many crises due to the ‘bad’ policies of PTI.
