According to the details, a meeting of the National Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf, and the Contempt of Parliament Bill 2023 was presented in the meeting.

Contempt of Majlis Shura Bill 2023 The motion was moved in the light of the report of the Standing Committee, Ranakasam Noon, Chairman, Standing Committee Rules and Procedures.
Qasim Noon said that unfortunately a weak mother causes weak children, the disrespect of this House has never been seen before, curses have been showered in this House in the past periods.
He further said that our trial is being undermined in the media, the parliament is being undermined, if this parliament is respected then everyone will be respected, the disrespect of the parliament should be punished and rewarded.
