Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had earlier said that Pakistan values its relations with Singapore on the basis of bilateral relations and ASEAN.
The world needs to change its thinking about Pakistan. In an exclusive interview with The Straits Times during his visit to Singapore, he said that according to the PPP Media Centre, 114 million of Pakistan’s 220 million people are below 20 years of age.
According to him, there are good opportunities for business cooperation between Singapore and Pakistan. Pakistan was one of the first countries to recognize Singapore soon after independence. According to Bilawal Bhutto, it was the Pakistani immigrant community that helped Singapore prosper in its early years.
