Karachi: 7 members of the National Assembly resigned while taking important decisions in the MQM Organizing Committee meeting.
According to Express News, the meeting of the organizing committee of MQM Pakistan was chaired by Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, in which serious concern was expressed over the results of an unspecified number.
In the meeting, Pakistan MQM discussed not to accept the poll result and use all possible options for protest.
According to the newspaper, the members of the organizing committee recommended that they make a strong complaint to the federal government, and decided to go to Parliament about it.
In the meeting, the organizing committee was told that the MQM members were not satisfied with the results regarding the statistics in the meeting with the Prime Minister and Federal Ministers.
MQM sources say that 25 lakh families were not counted in the current census.
Members of the organizing committee including federal ministers participated in the meeting.
