Four people were injured in a bomb blast on the convoy of Jamaat-e-Islami leader Sirajul Haq in Zhob area of Balochistan.
According to Levies, Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haque was to address the rally, for which the Amir Jamaat was being taken in a convoy, during which a bomb attack was carried out on him.
In Dhaka, Sirajul Haque and other leaders were safe while 4 people were injured.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and have launched a search operation to arrest the suspects.
Balochistan Chief Minister Quddus Bizenjo, while condemning the blast, expressed satisfaction over the safety of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer in the terrorist incident.

He said that he will not allow the terrorist elements and their patrons to succeed in their nefarious ambitions. He is deeply saddened that five people were injured in the incident. He is grateful to Allah Ta’ala who protected the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami and his colleagues.
