Rawalpindi: Pakistan Army has recovered a large cache of arms and ammunition from the hideout of terrorists in Chaman.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, ISPR, security forces on Sunday conducted an intelligence-based operation in Rehman Kahol area of Chaman to eliminate a suspected hideout of terrorists involved in recent terrorist incidents, including the planting of improvised explosive devices. According to ISPR, as a result of continuous technical surveillance and reconnaissance of the area, the hideouts of the terrorists were identified and security forces were sent there. A large-scale search operation in the area has resulted in the recovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition, including improvised explosive devices.
The ISPR says that the Pakistan Army is committed to thwarting efforts to sabotage the peace, stability and development of Balochistan alongside the nation.
